John moved to the United States from Beirut, Lebanon in the 1980s and has since started multiple companies in the auto glass industry. John has been investing in real estate for more than 25 years, when he first purchased a warehouse in Eugene, OR.

Tony leads investment strategy and execution at the firm. Tony previously spent over three years on the acquisitions team at Hamilton Zanze where he was involved in the acquisition of more than 70 multifamily properties, totaling +9,000 units and +$2.5 billion in transaction volume across the United States.

Josh focuses on asset management, leasing, and underwriting responsibilities for the firm. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Wofford College, where he also distinguished himself as a Division I baseball player. Josh is a native of Eugene, OR.
